📢 Toolbox Talks – Use a morning meeting or team huddle to discuss the value of women in remodeling and how your company can foster a more inclusive culture.  

🍽 Host a Luncheon – Gather your team to celebrate the women in your company. Use this time to recognize their contributions and discuss ways to create more opportunities.  

🎤 Share Perspectives – Post a short video or testimonial from a male team member who has mentored or supported women in the industry.  

🤝 Engage with the Collective – Follow along as we release video interviews featuring women in remodeling and the men who support them.

As part of Women in Remodeling Week (March 10-14, 2025), we’re celebrating the next generation of women in remodeling by inviting the community to share photos and stories of their daughters and granddaughters working alongside them—whether in the office, on a job site, or learning hands-on skills.
