This workshop is a must attend for anyone who will be hiring new staff in the next 6 months. Participants should bring the job description for the next opening you’ll be hiring for.
We’ll cover the art part of interviewing which includes:
- Creating job postings- high level
- How to structure the interview to identify top qualified candidates & ask the right questions
- Conduct a realistic job preview
When looking at the science, we’ll cover:
- The importance of the structured interview and why you should use a scoring guide
- Comparing and selecting the right candidate
- Retaining your interview notes for the required legal duration
