Session 1 of 4
Leadership and Change Management ? Critical competencies in leaders is the ability to manage change. Learn change management tactics and what everyone goes through when change is introduced.
What is the Leadership Series? The Leadership Series is designed for the future leaders of your company. This series is designed for leaders to complete over 12 months. At the end of the 12 months leaders receive a graduation at a NARI Kansas City event. The leader will build network of peers to use in the future and your company will be recognized on website that have graduating students.
How often do students meet in person? Over 12 months leaders will attend 4 in person sessions that will address specific leadership soft skills. One in-person session per quarter.
Is there homework? In between in-person sessions, leaders will receive a 10-week leadership challenge to promote engagement between sessions. This will include homework that leaders will review together.
What is the class size? 20 students per year.
Who is the facilitator? ? Devin Brady serves as the General Manager of Sales for Pella Products of Kansas City (PPKC). He leads, trains, and coaches a team of sales professionals across multiple divisions.
Prior to PPKC Devin led several sales teams in the Medical, Consumer, and B2B markets.
Devin brings over 20+ years of top-performing sales, sales management and business development experience; landing sizable Fortune 500 corporate contracts such as Roche Diagnostics, Nektar Therapeutics, Clorox, Genentech, Oracle, and Catholic Healthcare. Devin also has a strong background in creating effective sales training programs for a nationwide marketing organization. He?s been responsible for increasing employee retention, development of advanced selling techniques, and management consulting for both business-to-consumer and business-to-business markets.
What is the refund policy? We hope that a program like this is an offering that will assist them with employee retention. Refunds are not an option after the series has started for the year. A portion may be refunded but a request must be submitted in writing no more than 14 days before the 1st in person session.

Fees/Admission
Registration is limited to 20 seats. Registration includes 4 in-person education sessions at KU Edwards Campus, dinner at each in- person session, an exclusive network of peers, facilitation of course work and in between in-person sessions and a graduation after completion. Registration is $1000 per student.
