Field Training - Determining Adequate Electrical Service For A Remodel 2023

How to Determine Electrical Service for a Remodel – 1 NARI CEU

Jason Wright, CRS will present best practices for determining the electrical needs for a remodel. In addition to questions from the attendees, discussions will include:

  • What are the most failed inspection reports for electrical and codes for smoke & CO detectors?
  • The difference between arc fault and when they are to be used.
  • How many lights and outlets can be on one breaker?
  • The basics of a three-way switch and how to complete a standard replacement.
  • How bad is knob and tube and should it always be removed?
Attendees will receive NARI  continuing education units for NARI certifications, and others that are noted in the class promotion. Meals are provided and attendees receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course. 

Cancellation policy:  21 days before the event, we will give a 75% refund.  14 days before the event, we will give a 50% refund.  7 days before the event, there will be no refunds, though we may be able to apply this credit to another event – you must contact the NARI KC office at (913) 362-8833.
