Nonverbal communication refers to the transmission of information, feelings, or intentions without the use of words. It encompasses various forms of communication that do not rely on language, such as facial expressions, body language, gestures, tone of voice, and other nonverbal cues. Nonverbal communication is important for several reasons:

Complementary to Verbal Communication: Nonverbal cues often complement and enhance verbal communication. They provide additional context, emotional depth, and clarity to spoken or written messages. For example, a smile while saying "thank you" conveys sincerity and warmth.
