Ethics & Integrity in the Field: Real-World Application of Values-Based Decision-Making

Presenter: TBA

Description:
In the remodeling industry, every jobsite decision reflects your company’s reputation. This session explores how to navigate ethical challenges with clarity and confidence by anchoring decisions in shared values and professional standards. From change orders and code compliance to client communication and team dynamics, we’ll examine how ethics show up in everyday fieldwork—and how to build a culture where doing the right thing is the expectation, not the exception.
We’ll cover:

  • Common ethical dilemmas faced in residential remodeling
  • Decision-making frameworks grounded in professionalism and integrity
  • How to handle mistakes, miscommunications, and gray areas in the field
  • Building team-wide accountability through values-based leadership
Takeaway:
Attendees will leave with practical tools for upholding ethics in high-pressure situations, fostering trust with clients and coworkers, and strengthening their company culture through integrity-led field practices.
Who Should Attend:
Crew leaders, project managers, business owners, and anyone working directly with clients, subcontractors, or field teams.
