For many NARI members, your quote activity and new business increased during 2020 due to more people staying/working at home. The harvest was ripe. Fast forward to 2021 and now we have labor shortages, material shortages, and increased costs.
During this interactive roundtable led by Dan Stalp, we will discuss how to:
- Respond to prospects who want to wait it out
- Give answers to prospects who ask “when will prices come back down?”
- Establish responses to prospects who have unrealistic due dates
